Today I had a 5 star experience here. I went in horribly sick, unable to keep down any liquids, and not the best communicator. The doctors and nurses were so kind, empathetic, and patient while treating me. The best part: I got medicine that helped me out a bunch, so much so I vacuumed the house. Thank you very much for everything you do! God bless

The entire staff was amazing from beginning to end! Unfortunately, the reason my family went to Physician’s Plus caused stress. However, every single employee that helped us were friendly and patient. Jen, Cheyanne, and Jesse were exceptional with my two children. I hope they read this. Thank you!!

Had to go to physicians plus on Sunday the care received by everyone was excellent was treated by Dr.Anne Sapienza received great care and she understood the problem.

I had to come here because this is one of the only places I could get tested. Between the overflow of walk ins, and I am assuming they are short staffed too as there didn’t seem to be a-lot of employees, I was expecting frustrated nurses and doctors but everyone was happy to help and very pleasant. I felt bad for them because as their day was supposed to be coming to an end people were flowing through the doors nonstop. Remember wait times are ridiculously long right now because high number of patients, and to treat these people well because they are over worked and still trying to help to the best of their abilities!

I took my teenage daughter in for a sports physical and a work physical. We arrived around 10:30 am on a Tuesday and there was a very short wait. The nurse, Nichole, and the nurse practitioner, Danielle, were not just helpful but went out of their way to make us feel like a priority and like our time was valuable. They put us both at ease, and were gracious and caring. I appreciate how kind and attentive they were, and I highly recommend them.

This clinic and its staff are amazing! I was at another urgent care in Tiffin that informed they had just taken their last patient at 7:20. I called physicians plus and asked when they took their last patient. Myrna told me “as long as you get here before 8 we will take care of you” such an amazing thing for a mother with sick children to hear. I told her I wouldn’t be there until 7:55. She just reassured me they closed at 8. When I got there she was so kind getting us checked in quickly and making small talks with my boys. Bosco took care of us once back in the room even letting my 4 yo “help” with charting. He was so patient and helpful with everything. Dr. Manuel came in quickly but took his time talking to us despite it being so late. We were out by 8:35. Every interaction with the staff was wonderful and helpful knowing they would be working over hours. At no point was anything rushed. They sent the boys home with popsicles and even grabbed me a bottle of water on my way out. I’ve always had amazing experiences here but last night just shows the dedication of the staff. A million thank yous from a very tired Mom.

My daughter had an extreme ear ache that brought her to tears. Brought her to Physicians Plus, in and out in 30 mins! From the medical assistant all the way through to the Dr, everyone was so great with her and so very kind! Recommend this urgent care 100%. Thank you for taking great care of my daughter!!

Amazing experience. My toddler cut his finger and after calling his doctor he was in need of stitches. I called ahead and even though they can’t give medical advice over the phone they said they had rooms open and reminded me that they would be closing soon. I took my son in, waited a total of about 4 minutes and was immediately seen by the nurses. They cleaned him up quickly and played with him until the doctor was available. They were very gentle with him; he hardly cried during stitching and he was such a happy boy when we left. Very thankful for this positive experience and I appreciate the helpful staff.

I've taken all my kids here when caughman pediatric health center couldn't/wouldn't see my kids. Staff, nurses and doctors here are all amazing! They have lot of little things like stickers, coloring pages and stuff for the kids. They listen to your concerns and help! My kids were all dealing with ear pain, inflammation and infections for about a year. Had taken them to caughman but they were brushed under the rug basically. Kept prescribing antibiotics that did nothing. The doctor here (I sadly can't remember her name) was so amazing! Prescribed new stronger antibiotics, referred my kids to the ENT. We were seen within 14 days. Come to find out all my kids need tubes. Can't say enough good things about this place

We took our daughter here after she came down with a high fever and a cough. She had been treated by another hospital 3 weeks prior for pneumonia, and we wanted to make sure she wasn't getting it again. Taylor, was the Rn that came in to take her vitals and listened to our concerns. She was exactly what you want a nurse to be like. She was wonderful! Ann Sapienza, was the CNP, that saw our daughter and she immediately got to work. She made our daughter feel less anxious about what was going on, which meant a lot. She asked about her previous pneumonia and what went on with her then and about her symptoms now. She LISTENED to us as the parents and didn't rush us in and out. She had an xray ordered before she even walked into the room. Our daughter received top notch care here, better than the ER at BVH! We left 100% satisfied that our daughter received the care she needed. Thank you!
